Responsibilities and Achievements

Performs in a role to coordinate IT operational activities related to 2nd level support for servers, workstations, WAN andnorth face jackets telecommunications (voice and data) infrastructure. Facilitates daily operational tasks of Dow Corning employees as well as contractors to meet internal IT customer service levels agreements and service lines. Reports and escalates problems to 3rd level support in the event that area operations staffs are unable to remedy user and infrastructure concerns. Assures that adherence to global IT standards, procedures, policies, and processes are followed.More than 7 year’s oversea working experience (U.S.A, France, China, Korea, and Singapore) in MNC.-Project management experience in localizing material sourcing, qualifying vendors, and evaluating suppliers. -Participated in three new Hi-tech factories planning,starting up, ramping up and transferred oversea technology.
-Master of PPAP,SPC, FMEA, Digital Six SIGMA, 8D, DOE, CIC. -Be familiar with TS16949, ISO9000,QS9000, and ISO14001. -Excellent communication skills and conflict resol Setup the new plant for Customer Nokia and passed Nokia NSR Certification. The new plant was qualified as Nokia Offical Supplier. The quality System was fully met with Nokia NSR requirement with high score;Lead and organize the Motorola QSA audit in Molding/Painting plant and EMS/SMT plant , achieve both No.1 psoition for these 2 plants in Motorola's whole supply chain in Aisa.
Good Quality Assurance in many Nokia/Motorola new programs such as N82, N95, ZN4(Blaze) , V8(Lido/LX) , U9(Pico)..without any cheap north face jackets major shippment delay and incident;Decreased PPM (CRR) from previous 10000 ppm to current 700 ppm in customer scorecard. Decreased IPQC/OBA NG rate from 75% to current 5%. Responsible for managing Quality Assurance within factories, customers, manufacturing partners and suppliers;
Investigate on customers' feedback and work on corrective action with manufacturing partners and suppliers;Develop and implement the Quality Management (QM) System to uphold and ensure compliance to quality Internatonal standards;Educate, promote and provide training to achieve the desired Quality perfomance objectives;Investigate all incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrences;Oversee and accountable for the success of the set-up of the new plant in China;Responsible for the Profit & Loss over the business and Mobile phone parts Quality assurance;northface jackets
